Order Policies

Shipping Policy

 

Domestic
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for most orders that we ship domestically.
All orders over $600.00 will ship with “Signature Required” for delivery. If you would like to remove the need for a signature, please email
shootersactualhelp@gmail.com with your order number stating that request.
 

International Shipping
 All international orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International orders vary in price based on destination.
International orders may take longer than the stated lead time depending on destination, address confirmation, or compliance issues.
We currently ship to the following countries*:

International orders are shipped via DHL Express International services. We have found DHL Express to be the most reliable carrier for international shipments, as they offer real-time tracking services and competent Customer Service throughout the entire shipping process. Delivery is generally made within 2-8 business days, pending customs clearance. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, tax, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
Our lead time fluctuates depending on the time of year. However, our custom lead time is generally 2-4 weeks, depending on the kind of holster ordered and how customized it is.

Cancellation Policy (Exercise Subscription)

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes your fitness journey may need a pause. To ensure transparency, we've created the following cancellation policy for our online exercise subscription services. Please read carefully to understand how cancellation works.

 

1. Subscription Types

We offer various subscription plans for access to our online exercise programs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual options. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of subscription plan you are subscribed to.

2. Free Trial Cancellations

If you are on a free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends without incurring any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account on our website or app.

  • Navigate to your account settings or subscription management section.

  • Select the option to cancel your subscription.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

Once successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

4. Timing of Cancellations

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

  • Quarterly/Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations made after the billing cycle begins will not result in a refund for the remaining period. You will have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.

For any cancellations, we recommend processing the cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure no further charges are made.

5. Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the start of a billing cycle.

  • Quarterly/Annual Plans: No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a quarterly or annual subscription. Access will continue until the end of the current term.

6. Paused or Temporary Suspension

If you need to take a break from your subscription temporarily, please reach out to our customer service team. We can help you pause your subscription for a specified time. Please note that this is not applicable to refunds or prorated billing.

7. Unpaid Subscriptions

If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds or other payment issues, we may temporarily suspend access to the service until payment is resolved. Failure to pay after multiple reminders could result in the termination of your account.

8. Cancellation via Customer Support

If you are unable to cancel through your account settings or require assistance, please contact our customer support team via email or chat. We will process your cancellation as soon as possible.

9. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through email or updated directly on our website. Please review the policy periodically to stay informed.

Cancellation Policy (Textiles)

We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at shootersactualhelp@gmail.com.

We are not currently accepting dealers. If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order.

Return Policy

Product Returns

We can accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered its services.
