In this interactive session, we’ll break down how to build a personalized nutrition plan that aligns with your fitness targets, lifestyle, and training regimen. Our expert-led discussion will focus on: ✅ Macronutrient breakdowns for different goals ✅ Meal timing and fueling strategies for training ✅ Supplements: what’s useful, what’s not ✅ Practical tips for busy schedules and field work ✅ Q&A for individualized guidance This is not a one-size-fits-all talk. You'll leave with actionable insights and tools to customize your nutrition approach to support your performance and recovery — whether you’re in the gym, on deployment, or managing daily life.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all members, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines regarding Discovery Zoom calls: Scheduling: Discovery Zoom calls must be scheduled no later than 8 hours prior to the desired appointment time. This helps us prepare adequately and ensure availability. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for rescheduling without penalty. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your "Nutrition" call, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible via the membership portal, or by contacting us directly at shootersactual@gmail.com. Timely rescheduling helps us accommodate all members fairly. No-Show Policy: If a member fails to attend their scheduled "Nutrition" call without prior notice ("No Show"), a $20 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies, which help us provide the best possible experience for every member.
